- Open the web browser on your device and proceed to the official AT&T rewards homepage.
- On the left side of the screen, you should see a blue button that says “Access your rewards”. You have to click on it.
- After clicking, a popup would appear asking for some details. To claim rewards, simply enter your claim number on the left side of the form and click the blue “Access your rewards” button below it. If you are a wireless customer, enter your phone number and zip code on the right side of the form and click the blue “Access your rewards” button.
